DIRECTIONS On entering the village of Ringmore, follow the road around to the left (with the church on the right hand side) and carry along this road towards Challaborough. The land will be found on the right hand side, on leaving the village on the road to Challaborough.

SITUATION Helen's Field is situated on the west side of the village, in the heart of the South Hams area of South Devon.

The nearest town of Modbury is about 4 miles distant, the A38 dual carriageway expressway, connecting to the M5 motorway and national road network, some 10 miles to the north, and the larger town of Kingsbridge about 10 miles to the north-east.

All tenders must be submitted to 62 Fore Street, Kingsbridge in an envelope clearly marked 'Helen's Field'.

The seller does not undertake to accept the highest or any of the offers and the seller reserves the right to withdraw, alter or amend the way in which the land is offered for sale.
