DIRECTIONS From Salcombe, drive to the village of Malborough and turn left, signposted to Hope Cove, on the sharp right hand bend. Drive out of the village, keeping straight on. Just past the turning signed 'Rew, Combe & South Sands', turn left at the National Trust signpost (brown with an oak leaf on) to East Soar. Drive past the entrance to the air field on your left and the barn will be found shortly thereafter on the right.

SITUATION The barn is situated on the edge of the hamlet of Soar, just under 2 miles from the village of Malborough. The boating centre of Salcombe is just over 4 miles away.

Buyers who wish to submit a tender will be required to sign a legal contract, available from the solicitor acting for the seller (see Legal Pack above) and provide a 10% deposit of their offer price, as their tender. If either of these two component parts are not submitted, their tender risks being declined.
