DIRECTIONS From the A38 South bound, take the junction signed Ugborough and Ermington. At the top of the slip road, turn right-signed Wrangaton, cross over the A38, and turn left following signs to Wrangaton Golf Club. Turn right again, just opposite the bust stop on the left into Green Lane and follow this country lane for approximately half a mile. At Marwoods Cross, turn left, and Santa Maria is the second property on the left hand side.

Alternatively if travelling from Ivybridge, proceed out of the town on the B3213. Upon entering Bittaford, take the third left under the viaduct, signed Moorhaven.
